BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- On this segment of Elaina's Experiments learn the states of matter with a pumpkin slime and butter. Delia Navarro joined 17 News with the experiments. In the first experiment, you use two items to make your own Thanksgiving butter with heavy whipping cream and a container. You will need to place the heavy whipping cream in a sealable plastic container and shake until it thickens. In the second experiment, you make slime with clear or white glue, water, contact solution and pumpkin seeds and extract. Navarro advises, although the experiment has pumpkin, it is not edible.
