FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A driver crashed into the back of a black Honda that was stopped on Highway 99 in Fresno, the California Highway Patrol said. CHP says around 3 a.m. a woman who was allegedly under the influence stopped her Honda on Highway 99. A man then crashed into the back of her vehicle. Investigators say the woman was taken to the hospital and was later found to be under the influence. There's no word on why her car was stopped in the middle of the freeway.
