WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) - Wichita police confirm that a man in his 40s was shot and transported to the hospital in critical condition. He was found in a rolled-over vehicle around 10 a.m. at Topeka and Pine in downtown Wichita. Police are working at another location, which may be related to the shooting at Harry and Seneca.
