HINESVILLE, Ga. (WSAV) – A member of the Hinesville City Council has been charged with driving under the influence. Jail records show Jose Ortiz was arrested by the Liberty County Sheriff's Office on Friday around 7:45 p.m. By the end of the night, the councilman had been released from jail on bond.
