RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- The Virginia Department of Transportation will close a section of Varina Enon Bridge on Interstate 295 in Henrico County for continued maintenance for five months. If weather permits, VDOT will close the left travel lane of the Varina Enon Bridge on I-295 Northbound starting on Tuesday, Dec. 3 for bridge maintenance. According to the department, the left lane will remain closed for about five months. In addition, the right lane closure that is currently in place on I-295 Southbound will reopen on Tuesday, Dec. 3.
