LETCHER COUNTY, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) – Former Letcher County Sheriff Shawn “Mickey” Stines is set to appear in court Monday for an arraignment following his indictment on charges related to the murder of District Judge Kevin Mullins.

According to court records, Stines’ arraignment is scheduled for 12 p.m. Monday.
ABC 36 will have a crew in the courtroom and plans to bring live coverage of some of the proceedings during ABC 36 News at Noon. Stay tuned for updates on this developing case.
