The Wisconsin State Patrol says that they recommend travelers bring a travel kit with them in their vehicle that contains the following: Blanket Hat/gloves/warm clothes Phone charger Flares Jumper cables Flashlight First-Aid Kit Snacks/water Window scraper WSP adds that these items are good to have in the vehicle with you while you travel "just in case."
