The prominent mega church preacher, TD Jakes is recovering from a medical emergency that happened during his Sunday service. It happened as Jakes  was reading a scripture and he  then stopped speaking and appeared to have a spasm while sitting in his chair and staring into the distance. Attendees rushed on stage to help him, and a speaker asked the audience to pray for him while he was being tended to. In a statement posted online, the Potter’s house said Bishop T D Jakes experienced a slight health incident and received immediate medical attention.  They thanked the community for the outpouring of love, prayers and support and said that Bishop Jakes is stable and under the care of medical professionals.
