Wicked, “Defying Gravity” at the Box Office

CHARLOTTE, NC–“Wicked,” topped the charts this weekend with $114-million: the biggest opening ever for an adaptation of a Broadway musical. Gladiator 2 came in behind Wicked, with 55 and a half million dollars. Red- One came in number 3 this weekend with $13.3 million in earnings.
