Police investigating deadly shooting in Capitol Heights

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — Detectives in Prince George's County are working to learn what led to a deadly shooting in Capitol Heights on Sunday night.
According to the Prince George's County Police Department (PGPD), shortly before 8 p.m. on Nov. 24, officers responded to the 5000 block of Lee Jay Ct for a shooting. This is where the Hillside Heights Apartments are located.
Once on the scene, officers found a man outside suffering from gunshot wounds.

He was taken to the hospital where he died.
As of 10:55 p.m. on Sunday, detectives were still on the scene and were working to determine a motive.
