FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- A tipped semi blocked I-469 South between Wheelock Rd. and St. Joe Center Rd. for almost 3 hours. The crash happened around 12:30 Monday morning. There's no word on what caused the semi to tip, or the condition of the driver. All southbound lanes of I-469 were closed in the area. Police also blocked the ramp from Maplecrest Rd. to I-469 South. The interstate was back open shortly before 3:30 a.m., according to INDOT's Trafficwise website.
