NW Albuquerque house fire displaces 2 people, their pets

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Albuquerque Fire Rescue is investigating a fire in northwest Albuquerque. Two people and their pets were displaced, they reported.
AFR said a caller reported smoke near Ellison and Golf Course on Saturday afternoon. Within 15 minutes, the fire was under control. Two adults and their pets were evacuated. AFR said the home was deemed uninhabitable and was secured by code enforcement.
No injuries were reported, and AFR is looking into the cause of the fire.
