PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ADOPTION OF THE 5-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN 2025-2029 PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTE SECTION 475.521 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of City of Austin, Minnesota (the City), will meet at 5:30 pm on Monday, December 16, 2024 in the City Council Chambers, at City Hall, 500 Fourth Avenue NE, Austin, Minnesota, to conduct a public hearing on the adoption of the 5-Year Capital Improvement Plan 2025-2029 pursuant to Minnesota Statute Section 475.521. Copies of the proposed Capital Improvement Plan and resolution are on file and may be inspected at City Hall during normal business hours. All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing or to provide written comments to the undersigned, which written comments will be considered at the hearing.
