A man was killed and a woman injured in a shooting in Little Village on Sunday afternoon, Chicago police said.A 43-year-old man and 41-year-old woman were standing on a sidewalk in the 4000 block of West 26th Street at 4 p.m. when a dark sedan approached them and someone inside shot at them, police said. Both victims were taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital; the man was in critical condition after being shot several times and the woman was in good condition after being shot in her right leg. Related 2 teens shot, 1 fatally, in Little Village No one is in custody.It comes less than 20 hours after a 16-year-old boy, Jesus Sanchez, was killed and a 15-year-old injured less than half a mile away in the 2600 block of South Avers Avenue. Both Sanchez and the other boy — who was reported in good condition after being shot in the back — were also taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital, police said.
