Man shot during dispute at strip club on east side of Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS — Police are investigating after a shooting left a man injured Sunday morning on Indy's east side.
According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, at around 3:15 a.m., officers were called to "Brad's Brass Flamingo," a night club in the 4400 block of Southeastern Avenue, on a report of shots fired.
When officers arrived at the scene, they located an adult male in the parking lot of the night club with injuries consistent with a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital in serious condition. At least check, the victim was in stable condition, according to police.
Investigators said an argument inside the night club started the incident. The argument led to someone going outside to get their gun before shots were fired.
As of this article's publication, police had not reported any arrests or announced that they had identified potential suspects.
