ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – A man was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital after being shot in Rochester on Seabrook Street near Joseph Avenue. Officers with the Rochester Police Department say the incident took place Sunday at around 10:40 a.m. When they arrived to the scene, they located a 36-year-old man from Rochester who had been shot at least one time in his lower body. AMR took the victim to Strong Memorial Hospital. His injuries are not considered life-threatening. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
