FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE) - Controversy on Capitol Hill after President-elect Trump's pick to head the Department of Justice, former congressman Matt Gaetz, withdraws from his nomination.
Gaetz's move comes amid a fight in Congress over whether or not to release a House ethics report investigating sexual misconduct claims levied against the former Florida congressman.
