NORTHAMPTON, Mass. (WWLP) - One person is dead after being struck by a vehicle in Northampton Saturday evening. According to the Hampshire District Attorney's office, the deadly pedestrian crash happened at a shopping plaza parking lot off King Street around 4 p.m. The pedestrian has been identified as a 77-year-old man from Northampton and the driver is a 61-year-old woman. It is unclear if any arrests have been made at this time. The Hampshire District Attorney's office and Northampton police are still investigating.
