Man shot during dispute at east side nightclub

INDIANAPOLIS - Police are investigating after a shooting left a man seriously hurt Sunday morning on Indy's east side.
According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, at around 3:15 a.m., officers were called to "Brad's Brass Flamingo" nightclub in the 4400 block of Southeastern Avenue on the report of shots fired.
When officers arrived, they located an adult male in the parking lot of the nightclub with injuries consistent with a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital in serious condition. At least check, he was upgraded to stable, according to police.
Investigators say an argument inside the nightclub started the incident. The argument led to someone going outside to get their gun before shots were fired.
No word on any arrests, or potential suspects.
