INDIANAPOLIS One person is in critical condition after being shot on the northeast side of Indianapolis Saturday night.Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to the 2400 block of East 38th Street on reports of a person shot just before 9 p.m.Upon arrival, officers located a victim suffering from a gunshot injury.
