EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) -- The holiday season is officially here in the El Paso region. El Paso's ninth annual WinterFest kicked off on Saturday, Nov. 23. Festivities included the traditional tree-lighting ceremony, the Scherr Legate Lights Parade and lots of entertainment and family fun. WinterFest will continue through Jan. 5.
