SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – The City of Santa Fe is offering green waste disposal services after a storm caused damage to trees in the area. There are two options available for residents looking to clean up the broken, damaged parts of trees. The first option is a drop-off location at Buckman Road Recycling and Transfer Station, which is open from 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Until December 7, this option is free. Residents can sign up for the large item pick-up by calling Santa Fe's Environmental Services Division at 505-955-2200. Residents can also email [email protected] to contact the division. The pick-ups will be on Friday or Saturday until December 7, and it only includes green waste. The service's reduced rate is $25.
