NORTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. (WLNE) — The North Kingstown Police Department said it arrested a man for indecent exposure on Nov. 22. David Palmer, of East Providence, was charged with disorderly conduct – indecent exposure. Police said they received a call from a 17-year-old who said that Palmer allegedly drove up to her on Prospect Avenue while completely naked and asked her for directions to North Kingstown High School. He was later arrested on Lantern Lane. Palmer was released on $1,000 bail and is scheduled to appear for arraignment on Dec. 6. Categories: News, Rhode Island
