SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - The season of giving is underway at Square One in Springfield. The agency hosted its annual 'Gobble til You Wobble' luncheon for children, families, staff, and elected officials who serve our community. The event draws over 200 people a year. Everyone was able to sit and enjoy a Thanksgiving meal, including turkey and pumpkin pie, made by Square One's very own culinary team. Kristine Allard, Vice President of Development and Communications for Square One shared with 22News, "We just celebrate a kick-off to the holiday season with an amazing turkey dinner prepared by our own culinary team at square one, it's just such a warm, comfy, happy event for all of our square one families and partners." Square One has been providing support for families in the greater Springfield area since 1883.
