YouTheatre’s ‘Journey of the Noble Gnarble’Egyptian Theatre’s YouTheatre will continue its run of “Journey of the Noble Gnarble,” a musical, based on a children’s book written by Daniel Errico and illustrated by Tiffany Turrill, at 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 24, at the Egyptian Studios’ Randy Barton Black Box Theatre, downstairs at 330 Main St. The musical was written by Denver Casado and is about a fish who lives at the bottom of the sea and dreams of making it to the surface. Sky Blue College Hosts an Essay WorkshopA workshop for all college-bound seniors will help them polish up their college and supplemental essays for early and regular decision deadlines. Students can choose from two workshops that are scheduled to run from 10 a.m.-noon on Saturday, Dec. 7, at Sky Blue College and Academic Coaching, 1762B Prospector Ave., in the Decode the Test office above Picabo Street Academy. Students will leave their session with polished and personal statements for the Common App, or finalized supplemental essays. The cost is $50 for a two-hour intensive writing session.
