Police: Man dead after overnight shooting in Portsmouth

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - Portsmouth Police said a man is dead after a shooting overnight. Police said they responded to the 300 block of Hamilton Avenue around 2:24 a.m. for reports of a shooting.
