One man was shot and another was beaten and stripped of his clothes during a crazed bloody brawl behind a Bronx building, police said Saturday. Cops released images of two suspects wanted in the Nov. 17 attack and are asking the public’s help in tracking them down. The bloodshed began at 1:15 a.m. when one of the victims, 38, got into a heated dispute with the gunman in the back of a Bathgate Ave. building near E. 176th St. — about a block from Walter Gladwin Park in East Tremont. As the two men started trading blows, a 32-year-old man and another man got roped into the fight, cops said. During the heated struggle, the gunman pulled his pistol and shot the 38-year-old man in the torso. As the wounded victim ran off, the gunman and the other unidentified male began beating the 32-year-old man. The gunman pistol-whipped the younger man while the second suspect hit him with an unknown object. The two men then stripped the younger victim of his clothes and shoes and ran off. DCPI The violent pair fled the area in a white BMW and were last seen speeding off down E. 175th St., cops said. The shot victim took himself to BronxCare Health System where he was treated for a minor wound. The other victim also managed to walk away from the violence and showed up at St. Barnabas Hospital looking for treatment, cops said. It was not immediately clear how the fight started or if the two victims knew each other. No arrests have been made. Cops recovered surveillance footage from inside the building of the two suspects walking down a hallway with two men and a woman. Anyone with information regarding their whereabouts is urged to call NYPD Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
