TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A man threatened to assault and kill girls and staff at a Tulare County middle school on Thursday, the Sheriff's Office says. Deputies were called to Strathmore Middle School around 3 p.m. after receiving a report of threats made toward four female students and school staff. 43-year-old Jason Mitchell of Strathmore (image courtesy of the Tulare County Sheriff's Office) Officials determined that 43-year-old Jason Mitchell of Strathmore made the threats. Mitchell was tracked down and booked into the Tulare County Jail.
