One person critically hurt in north Wichita shooting

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — One person is critically hurt in a shooting in north Wichita. Sedgwick County Dispatch says it happened just after 9 p.m. in the 1400 block of N. Otis, near 13th and Broadway. Roads are blocked at Broadway, from 11th to 13th according to dispatch. KSN has a crew on scene gathering more information.
