SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- Authorities stopped a large group of motorcycle riders Thursday night on Interstate 15 in the Serra Mesa area, the San Diego Police Department confirmed. The northbound freeway at Aero Drive was temporarily shutdown for the response, which occurred around 10:30 p.m., police said. The roadway reopened a short time later, though some lanes were impacted for around two hours. No motorcycles were impounded and no arrests have been confirmed at this time.
