(BCN) -- One person died in a solo-vehicle crash in South San Francisco on Thursday afternoon, according to police. South San Francisco police officers responded at 12:49 p.m. to a report of a crash at the intersection of Airport and Oyster Point boulevards, located just west of U.S. Highway 101 north of San Francisco International Airport. The male victim, the lone occupant of the vehicle, was taken to a hospital but succumbed to his injuries there. His name was not immediately released.
