FRAMINGHAM, Mass. (WWLP)--The 2024 Massachusetts Broadcasters Association Sound Bites awards were held in Framingham Thursday night.
The 22News team was recognized with four awards. 22News storm team meteorologist Brian Lapis was named the merit award winner for Meteorologist. 22News photographer Mike Houle was named the merit winner for Photographer.
22News Toys for Tots campaign begins Nov. 18
The 22News digital team was named the first-place winner in the digital media category.
One of our greatest achievements was being recognized as the merit winners for the #WeAreBroadcasters award. This award recognizes a station for its ongoing commitment to the community and use of its power as a broadcaster for the greater good.
