BATON ROUGE, La. (WGNO) — When it's time for the LSU Tiger Football team to do breakfast, lunch and dinner, they travel to the buffet that's college football's best.
WGNO Good Morning New Orleans features reporter Bill Wood traveled to Baton Rouge to meet the man behind the meals.

He is Matt Frakes.
That's Dr. Matt Frakes, with his PhD in Nutrition and Hospitality.
He believes the hardest part of his job is "breaking cycles of not eating enough of only eating one of two times a day and getting away with nothing but chicken tenders and fries all day long."

His title is LSU Assistant Athletic Director of Sports Nutrition.
He says, "I am essentially the director of nutrition for football and the man with plan who guides our players to make sure they're fueling enough for the work required."
