ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A woman turned herself in to police, in connection to a crash and shooting earlier this week. Police were called to the intersection of Comanche Rd. and Eubank Blvd. and made contact with the victim. The victim told police his truck was rear-ended. La Cueva High School student accused of bringing gun to school will remain in custody He said he started recording the incident but that's when police said Heather Lopez pulled out a gun and aimed it at the man. Police said the victim took the gun, removed the magazine, and walked away but Lopez pulled out a second gun and shot him. Lopez was arrested on Wednesday after surrendering two guns. She is facing a number of charges including aggravated battery.
