Downtown Argentinean Inspired Restaurant Offers Special Thanksgiving Brunch Menu       This downtown Argentinean inspired restaurant, Dorrego’s , located in Hotel Valencia Riverwalk, 150 E. Houston Street, is offering a special Thanksgiving Brunch on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 28 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.     About the Menu The buffet features a sumptuous spread, beginning with a variety of salads, a fresh fruit display, a charcuterie station, and a cold bar featuring peel-and-eat shrimp and smoked salmon.  These starters are followed by a several main dishes: pomegranate glazed salmon with oranges, olives and herbs; slow-cooked prime rib offered with several sauces; roasted suckling pig; and achiote-rubbed turkey. Sides include: green bean casserole; bacon jam-Brussels sprouts; roasted root vegetables; maple glazed carrots; roasted garlic mashed potatoes; whipped sweet potatoes with butter pecan crumble; cornbread stuffing; and macaroni and cheese.     In addition, the Brunch offers an omelet station; pancakes with dulce de leche and bananas; bacon; sausage; breakfast potatoes with peppers; onions; scrambled eggs; and a selection of breads, including house-made rolls, croissants, muffins and pastries. The dessert table offers pecan pie; apple pie; pumpkin pie; sweet potato pie; s’mores bread pudding; carrot cake; chocolate cake; red velvet cake; macaroons; and assorted petit fours.     Prices & Reservations The cost is $75 per adult and $29 per child 12 and under.
