Tokki in Colorado Springs isn't just a place to eat; it's an experience. From Korean fusion tapas to live music and karaoke, this spot is quickly redefining what a night out can be.
"It's all about the confidence of the place," said General Manager Jaime McConnell. "Just where we are located and how people walk in. It's kind of an unexpected spot and then just having good food, good cocktails, and some fun live music and karaoke."
The menu at Tokki is filled with flavors that keep guests coming back for more. According to McConnell, many diners have said it features some of the best ramen they've ever had, with several calling it the best in Colorado Springs. In addition to the ramen, General Choe's chicken is a popular choice, along with the lettuce wraps and a range of appetizers. In particular, the crab Rangoon has become a fan favorite.
Tokki, the Korean word for rabbit, has hopped high above its peers. For owners Peter and Andre, it's a way to share their passion for food, culture, and community. Now, that community is spreading south.
Located along the historic riverwalk in Pueblo, The RiverWok offers a larger space with the same owners and much of the same delicious food, including cocktails. The restaurant continues its focus on bringing people together over amazing food, now with a more extensive menu that features Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and other flavorful options.
McConnell shares a recent experience with a first-time visitor: "A couple from out of town came in for lunch the other day. We got them a cocktail and took the time to walk them through the menu. They absolutely loved the food, and now, even though they're only in town for a few more days, they're already planning to come back on Friday."
This kind of positive feedback highlights Tokki and The RiverWok's growing reputation as must-visit spots, where great food and exceptional service keep guests coming back for more.
