BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A 54-year-old man was sentenced to prison Thursday after pleading no contest to charges of contacting a minor with the intent to commit a sex act and possession of child sexual abuse material.
Toby Lemons stood quietly next to defense attorney Jared Thompson as he was sentenced to three years and eight months in prison. He won't serve the full term, having already accumulated a total of 624 days of custody credits.

He will have to register as a sex offender.
Lemons was arrested Dec. 22 when police searched his home on East Brundage Lane, between Sterling and Fairfax roads. Four other felony counts were dismissed when he pleaded no contest last month.
