The casino says is seeking people ages 18+ who are passionate about guest service to join its team in various roles, including positions specifically available for both 21+ and those 18 and over. Positions available for 21+ applications include: Food & Beverage: Sushi Chefs, Sous Chefs, Fine Dining Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisors, Beverage Supervisors, Assistant Restaurant Managers, Bartenders, Beverage Servers, Barbacks, Servers, Buffet Attendants, Dishwashers Security & Gaming: Security positions, Dual Rate Floor Supervisor, Pit Managers and Part-Time Dealers Environmental Services: Attendants, Night Cleaners Positions available for 18+ applicants include: Food & Beverage: Cashiers, Lead Line Cooks, Line Cooks, Servers, Buspersons Hospitality: Hospitality roles are also open for younger applicants to join the team The job fair will be on Friday, November 22, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Chukchansi Training Building located inside the resort.
