Update 7:51 a.m.: As of 7:51 a.m., PayPal has removed the incident alert from its website and says the incident is resolved. KANSAS (KSNT) - The online financial service PayPal issued a warning for various products on Thursday morning. At 6:15 a.m. on Nov. 21, PayPal issued a global alert after a system issue was reported to have caused issues. PayPal said merchants may see an elevated number of the following error: HTTP 500 error for REST API calls Avoid the area: TPD investigate car-and-pedestrian fatal crash PayPal said the following services are being impacted: Account withdrawals Online checkout - express checkout Crypto Xoom - Receiving money Venmo - Credit Card, Crypto, payment requests, receiving money, sending money and instant transfers "Our technical teams are actively working towards resolving the issue," PayPal said in the incident alert.
