Driver accused of being drunk, high and killing woman rejects plea deal, case heads to trial

Syracuse, N.Y. — A driver accused of driving drunk and high who killed a woman rejected a plea deal Thursday and the case is headed to trial.Takisha Hordge, 25, was driving while impaired by alcohol and marijuana when she drove through a red light and crashed into a car at about 2:21 a.m. on Jan. 20 at Catawba and North Salina streets, police said in court documents.
