Syracuse, N.Y. - Forty-one new citizens were welcomed yesterday at a ceremony held at the Onondaga County Courthouse in downtown Syracuse.New York State Supreme Court Judge Joseph E. Lamendola presided over the ceremony in which the new citizens recited the Oath of Allegiance and received their certificates of citizenship.
