RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- All hands on deck! Central Virginia residents and visitors can watch two decorated boat parades in the Richmond area in December. Richmond Boat Parade of Lights Richmond's boat parade will be held from 5 to 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 14. Hopewell Holiday Light Boat Parade Hopewell's boat parade will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7 at the Hopewell City Marina.
