JACKSONVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) — The search is still on for 33-year-old Derico Sanders II, who was reported missing out of Jacksonville two weeks ago. Sanders' great aunt, Marie Santos, spoke with WNCT as she was putting up more flyers Wednesday. Santos said at this point she doesn't know what's left to do to find her nephew. She said the search has been difficult with a lot of dead ends. Friends, neighbors help in search for missing North Carolina woman Sanders has some intellectual disabilities and needs medicine for his seizures. Now, his friends and family are doing everything they can to find him. He was last seen at Meadow's Gate Apartments on Western Blvd. in Jacksonville. Santos and her church have been out almost every day since his disappearance looking for him across the region. She agreed to speak to WNCT in hopes of reaching Sanders directly. "We are needing you to come home. It really hurts her that you're not there," Santos said. "It hurts me just as well. So, we need you, Derico, to come home. So, call me as soon as you can. Please call as soon as you can." Sanders' church, Deliverance Temple Church Ministries, is also offering a reward for anyone who can bring him home. The Jacksonville Police are still looking and said they do not have any substantial updates at this time. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Jacksonville Police Department.
