NEENAH, Wis. (WFRV) - Authorities in the Fox Valley are reminding hunters that it is illegal to place any material to feed or attract deer in or from the wild. The Neenah Police Department posted on social media that 61 counties, including Winnebago County, have baiting and feeding bans. To prevent the spread of CWD, baiting and feeding bans are implemented to keep deer from congregating.
