BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The I-190 North ramp to Route 198 is closed for part of the day on Thursday. The closure is due to road work. As of just after 9 a.m. Thursday, the ramp was closed. State Police and transportation crews were on the ramp. It is not exactly known when it will open back up.
