RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A tree and power lines are down in a roadway in Richmond's Southside late Wednesday night. The night of Wednesday, Nov. 20, at least one tree and some power lines are down in the 2400 block of Cedar Grove Road, according to a spokesperson for the Richmond Fire Department. The spokesperson told 8News that Dominion Energy has been called to the area to assess the situation and restore power to those impacted.
