Ag Energy: September production numbers hit record high

MINOT, N.D. (KXNET) — New production numbers in the state show another all-time high on today's eye on Ag and Energy.
"We have 19,200 wells producing now," says Mark Bohrer, the Assistant Director of the Department of Mineral Resources. That's another record high."
Bohrer says that in September, the state saw another increase of 9% above what was originally forecasted.

Gas capture also went up, now sitting at 95%. The statewide gas declared volume from August to September increased by eight and a half million cubic feet a day to 189 million cubic feet per day.
Bohrer adds in September 100 wells were permitted and 111 in October. 97% of the wells in North Dakota the state are getting oil from the Bakken and Three Forks Pool.
