BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A GoFundMe has been created to help pay for funeral expenses for the family of a Madera woman who died Sunday after she was struck by a vehicle on Highway 99. Irma Pacheco Matias, 50, died of her injuries after she was struck by a vehicle along Highway 99 just south of Houghton Road. The collision happened at around 1 a.m. on Sunday. The GoFundMe states the man was Matias' husband and family is asking for help to pay for funeral and medical expenses.
