BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Christmas is just around the corner, and so is one of the cutest holiday events in town. Christopher Lowe, Director of the BCSD Education Foundation, joined 17 News at Noon to preview the annual Teddy Bear Picnic taking place at the Bakersfield Marriott Convention Center. "To give these resources to the teachers, something that they can't get in the regular school budget, and help teach these kids...it's just amazing," said Lowe.
