Syracuse, N.Y. — A Syracuse man was sentenced Tuesday to more than 11 years in federal prison on several drug charges.The man, Jamall Harris, 45, was sentenced to serve 87 months for possession of methamphetamine and fentanyl with intent to distribute. He pleaded guilty in May.
